Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within three to five business days. Shipments occur on weekends or holidays expect some delays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout An email would be sent to inform you that your package has been shipped along with an expected date.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking number. You all also receive an email with delivery confirmation.
Customs, duties, and taxes
No Badd Vibez is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
No Badd Vibez is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also, FREE repairs.
Local Delivery Policy
Local delivery is available for orders over $25 within a 10-mile radius. For orders under $25, we charge $10.50 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 12 PM to 6 PM on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Pickup Policy
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 334 New Lots Avenue, Brooklyn New York 11207, United States. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 8 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 12 PM to 6 PM on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Bahamas, Canada, Cayman Islands, Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, China, Mexico, Philippines. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at nobaddvibez0@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
